I am really struggling with my psoriasis, and it's been challenging for me lately. I've tried so many things, and nothing seems to work long-term. A friend mentioned using psoria oil, and I was curious if anyone here has experience with it? I’ve heard that psoria oil can help reduce redness and scaling, but I’m not sure if it’s really effective. Last week, my patches flared up again after trying a prescribed cream from my dermatologist that didn’t help. I feel like I keep going in circles!! It's like I'm stuck in this never-ending battle with my skin. Have any of you seen real results with psoria oil? How do I even use it? Does it work best alongside other treatments? I'm hopeful that some natural approach might give me some relief, but I’m nervous about trying something new. Any advice or experiences you could share would be super helpful! Thanks in advance!
