Dear Doctor, I am experiencing a recurring skin issue that worsens during the summer season. It starts with severe itching on the skin of my hands, particularly around my fingers. Soon after the itching begins, small water-filled bumps appear on my fingers. These bumps are very itchy and cause significant discomfort. When I scratch them, the itching temporarily subsides but the affected area turns dark and leaves black marks. This cycle repeats every summer, and the condition has been persistent for some time. The symptoms are: Intense itching, especially in summer Appearance of small, clear, water-filled bumps on fingers Increased itching after the bumps appear Dark discoloration of the skin after scratching Could you please advise on what condition this might be and suggest any treatment or precautions I should take?
