I am struggling with how to remove hair from face! It’s been soooo frustrating lately. I’ve tried waxing, shaving, even those creams but nothing seems to last or work well. A couple of months ago, I noticed this fine hair on my cheeks and upper lip becoming more pronounced, which is just so annoying. Friends suggested laser treatments but it sounds so expensive. I've heard about natural ways too, like using turmeric or chickpea flour, but really not sure how to use them effectively. Can anyone guide me on how to remove hair from face safely and naturally? Has anyone had success with the turmeric or any other home remedies? Would love some tips! Thanks!

These won’t give you instant hair removal like waxing or shaving, but over time, they thin the hair, slow regrowth, and are much gentler on sensitive facial skin.

1. Turmeric + Chickpea Flour (Besan) Ubtan

This is one of the most effective traditional remedies. Indication- 1 tbsp chickpea flour (besan)

½ tsp turmeric (not too much or it stains)

*1 tsp honey or aloe vera gel (optional for hydration)

Enough milk or rose water to make a paste

Steps:

1. Apply a thin layer on clean face (focus on upper lip, cheeks).

2. Let it dry for 15–20 minutes.

3. Rub gently in circular, upward motions using damp fingers or a soft cloth.

4. Rinse and moisturize.

Use 2–3 times a week. Results build gradually over 4–6 weeks.

##Oatmeal & Banana Scrub (Gentle exfoliation + hair thinning)

1 tbsp ground oatmeal

1 mashed ripe banana

Mix and apply to the face. Gently scrub for 5–10 minutes, leave for 10 more, then rinse.
