I am kinda freaking out here. For the past few months, I've noticed my hair thinning, and I just can't shake this worry about going bald someday. My friend mentioned that does onion juice regrow hair, and honestly, I have no idea if that's even true or just something people say. So I started looking it up, and I found all these mixed opinions online. I’ve tried a bunch of stuff before – oils, shampoos, you name it – but nothing’s worked so far. The other day, I actually tried the onion juice thing because I read it might help with circulation to the scalp. But omg, it was really smelly! I want to know if does onion juice regrow hair or if I'm just wasting my time and making my kitchen smell like a stir-fry! How long does it actually take to see results, if there are any? I’d really appreciate any tips or personal experiences, like, has anyone actually had hair growth from using onion juice?

Supplements in Ayurveda include herbs such as Bhringraj, Amla, and Brahmi, which support hair health, nourish the scalp, and are traditionally applied as pastes or oils. Include a diet rich in iron and protein, found in green leafy vegetables, lentils, and dairy. Hydration and managing stress levels also contribute significantly to helping solve hair woes.

Remember, consistency is key, and changes in hair condition might take 2-3 months due to the hair growth cycle’s nature. Yet, if you experience irritation or any adverse reaction, a dermatologist’s advice would be preffered to avoid potential scalp conditions that may require different approaches.
