I am really struggling with my hair lately. I used to have such thick hair, but it’s been thinning out so much over the past year. I heard that using a good conditioner can help with hair growth and thickness, but honestly, there are so many options out there, I don’t know which conditioner is best for hair growth and thickness. Last week I tried this fancy one that promised results, but my hair just feels the same if not worse! I even started using some oils as well, like almond and castor, but, I mean, are they enough on their own? My friends say a moisturizer is key so I’m trying to figure out if I need to invest in a specific conditioner. Do you think there’s a certain ingredient I should look for in a conditioner? My hair tends to get greasy fast, so I don't want to overload it but I need something that actually helps. Help! I just want my hair to be healthy and thick again!
