I am really worried about my hair lately. I’ve always had thick hair, but over the past few months, it’s been falling out way more than usual! Like, I notice strands everywhere, on my clothes, the floor, even in my food sometimes. It’s getting pretty freaky! Just yesterday, I was brushing my hair and it felt like half of it came out. Ugh! I’ve heard people talking about which hair oil is best for hair fall, and there’s just so many options out there! Coconut oil, castor oil, even some herbal mixes. I tried a few but they don't seem to do much. Is there one that is seriously more effective for hair loss? I’m especially curious about Ayurvedic oils since I know they use natural ingredients. Also, how often should I be using it? Every day sounds like a lot, but I really want to give my hair the best chance to recover. Any insights on which hair oil is best for hair fall would be super appreciated! Thanks!
