I am really confused about how to use gond katira for skin. I recently heard about it from a friend who said it worked wonders for her skin—she claimed her skin felt so smooth and looked healthier. I tried looking it up, but I'm still kinda lost. I have been dealing with dry patches and some minor irritation on my face, and I thought maybe gond katira could help since it’s supposed to be great for moisturizing. Just yesterday, I bought some gond katira, but now I don’t even know how to prepare it. Do I need to mix it with something else, or can I use it on its own? And like, should I use it daily or just when my skin feels really dry? Ugh, I've been trying so many things, and I really wanna give this a solid try if it can help. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, remember that gradual, steady changes are key in Ayurveda.
