I am really struggling with my hair lately. It's been feeling so dry and brittle, and I heard that amla powder can help a lot. I’ve done some reading and know it’s packed with nutrients and stuff, but I can’t figure out how to apply amla powder on hair properly. Like, do I mix it with something? Or just add water?
