I am dealing with some serious hair issues right now. My scalp has been super dry, and my hair feels brittle and thin. A friend of mine suggested that maybe I should try mustard oil for hair, you know? I wasn't really sure if is mustard oil is good for hair but I did some reading. Some articles say that it can help with hair growth and nourish the scalp which might be exactly what I need. But then I thought, could this actually be true? I mean, I have read mixed reviews online – some people swear by it, while others say it didn't work at all. I've tried a bunch of different oils before, like coconut and olive oil, but none of them seemed to help much. The main question now is, is mustard oil is good for hair in the long run? Would it actually make a difference for me? Also, what’s the best way to use it? Should I massage it into my scalp, or just apply it on the lengths? I just really hope this could be a solution because I'm getting kinda desperate over here! 😩
