I am really struggling with my hair lately and need some advice. My hair has been thinning out quite a bit over the past few months, and it's super frustrating. I've tried a couple of shampoos and even a special serum, but honestly, I'm not seeing much change. It's like every time I wash my hair, I see more hair strands in the drain. I heard that using hair oil might help, but which is best hair oil for hair growth? I've seen coconut oil, castor oil, and even argan oil mentioned everywhere, but who really knows what works?? I feel like I've read too much conflicting info online! I’m honestly overwhelmed with so many options out there. I mean, should I apply it daily? Or is less more? I’ve tried massaging in some oil here and there, but I haven’t committed to one particular type. Which is best hair oil for hair growth that actually makes a difference? If anyone has personal experiences or recommendations, I'd really appreciate any tips! I just want my hair to feel healthy and full again.

It’s made from the Bhringraj herb, which is considered a rasayana (rejuvenator) for hair. Regular massaging of Bhringraj oil into the scalp can help nourish the scalp and strengthen hair roots. Taila such as Amla oil is another potent option. Amla is rich in vitamins, particularly Vitamin C, and has antioxidants that help strengthen hair. Application should be similar, massaging onto the scalp and down the hair strands thoroughly, focusing on roots.

Coconut oil is also excellent and it’s known for its deep penetration into hair shafts, providing nourishment and preventing protein loss. Using it mixed with some drops of rosemary essential oil can also boost its effectiveness since rosemary oil is believed to stimulate hair growth.

Consistency is key. Aim to oil your hair twice a week and don’t be afraid of trialling these different oils to see which suits you best. Additionally, ensure your diet supports hair health with adequate protein and essential fatty acids along with addressing stress levels which could be a hidden factor in hair thinning. Also, balance your doshas with suitable lifestyle practices and diet, which can support broader hair health. Always perform a patch test before trying a new oil to rule out any allergies.
