I am dealing with these super annoying pimples lately, and it's really affecting my confidence. A friend mentioned that using vitamin E capsules could help with my skin, but I have no idea how to use vitamin E capsules for pimples. Like, do I just poke a hole and apply the oil directly? Or is there a specific regimen I should follow? I’ve tried a bunch of products, but nothing seems to work. Sometimes I feel like my skin gets worse with all those harsh chemicals, and I want to go more natural. I read that vitamin E could help heal scars too, which I have from previous breakouts.
