I am really struggling with dandruff lately, and it's kinda embarrassing, tbh. I tried a few shampoos but nothing seems to work long-term. My scalp gets really dry and itchy, and sometimes the flakes are just so visible 😩. My friend mentioned that is aloe vera good for hair dandruff but I have no clue if that's actually true. I mean, I’ve seen people rave about aloe vera for skin benefits, but what about the scalp? Last week, I bought some aloe vera gel and applied it directly on my scalp before washing my hair, but I didn't notice much difference after just one try. Should I be more patient or does it take time? Or can I mix it with other oils or stuff to boost the effect? I read that is aloe vera good for hair dandruff, but how exactly would it help? I feel like I just want to find something that works and stops the itchiness. Any thoughts would be awesome!
