I am really struggling with my hair. Over the last few months, I’ve noticed it’s becoming thinner and kinda dull, which is seriously freaking me out. A friend mentioned how triphala powder might help with hair growth, and I’m really curious about how to use triphala powder for hair growth. I mean, is it like, do I mix it in water or something? I read somewhere that it could be used as a hair mask too, but then I got confused about how often to use it. Do I need to leave it on for a specific time? And like, should I combine it with anything else? I’ve tried all these shampoos that promise thicker hair, but nothing seems to work. My diet isn’t the best either – not enough greens for sure. I’m just hoping this triphala powder can at least help a little bit. If you guys have any tips or personal experiences, that’d be awesome!
