can we use mulethi daily on face - #24614

I am struggling with my skin lately, especially my face. I’ve been dealing with some annoying breakouts and dark spots that just won’t go away. A friend suggested using mulethi, which I heard is really good for skin. I’ve used it a couple of times mixed with other ingredients, and it seems okay but I keep wondering, can we use mulethi daily on face? Like, I want to really clear up my skin congestion, and if it's safe, I'm thinking about adding it to my daily routine! But then I read somewhere that too much of anything isn’t good, right? Like, would using mulethi everyday cause my skin to get irritated or something? I’m just nervous because my skin is super sensitive. Do you think it would actually help with dark spots and give my face that glow I’m looking for? Or should I just try it once or twice a week instead? Any suggestions would be awesome, I really wanna get this right! Thanks!

Additionally, maintaining proper hydration and avoiding harsh chemical products can significantly aid in improving your skin’s condition naturally. Start slowly and give your skin time to adjust to any new product you introduce.
