I am super worried about my hair. I noticed that it's starting to turn gray, and honestly, it’s freaking me out! Just a couple of years ago, I had this thick, shiny black hair that I took for granted. Now I'm trying to figure out how to keep hair black naturally without using those harsh dyes that just damage it more. I tried henna once, but it turned more reddish than I wanted. I heard about gooseberries and coconut oil, but I’m not sure how to use them properly. Plus, I read somewhere that stress can also affect this, and with work being crazy lately, I do feel a bit more stressed. I’ve been looking for home remedies or tips that actually work for maintaining that natural black color. Is there a routine or specific mix to apply? And how often should I do it? Does anyone have experience with this? Really hoping I can find something effective before I start looking like Gandalf with my grays!
