डॉक्टरों की प्रतिक्रियाएं

**Massage your face with NALPAMARADI OIL 3 to 4 times in a week.

**You can also apply few drops of kumkumadi tailam at bed time only. *Before incorporating it into your routine, perform a patch test on a small area of skin (like the jawline or inner elbow) and wait 48 hours to observe any redness, irritation, or other reactions. Discontinue use if any adverse reactions occur. Start taking these too, 1.Manjishtha tab.2-0-2 2.Mulethi powder 1tsf b.d.

**It will take some time but you’ll definitely get relief. TAKE CARE😊

Dear Manisha,

Initial‑phase pigmentation that is gradually increasing often indicates vitiation of Pitta and Rakta with mild ama accumulation under the skin. In Ayurveda, such conditions are managed by Pitta shamana (cooling Pitta), Rakta prasadana (purifying blood), and Twak poshana (nourishing the skin) through internal medicines, topical applications, and diet–lifestyle corrections.

Since you have already tried chandan with raw milk without result, a more holistic, inside‑out approach is required. Try this 7 days plan

7‑Day Skin Detox & Glow Plan

Goal: Cool excess Pitta, purify Rakta (blood), and nourish Twak (skin) from within.

Day‑wise Internal Plan

Every Morning (empty stomach) 1 glass warm water with ½ tsp turmeric + ½ tsp lemon juice. Sit in sunlight for 5 min (early morning) for Vitamin D.

Before Breakfast Manjisthadi kwatha – 15 ml + 30 ml warm water.

After Breakfast 1 tsp Aloe vera juice + 1 tsp Amla juice in ½ cup water.

Before Lunch Coriander seed water (soak 1 tsp overnight in 1 cup water, drink in morning, refill for afternoon).

After Lunch Sarivadyasava – 15 ml + equal water.

Evening 1 cup herbal tea (tulsi + mint + 2 cardamom).

After Dinner Arogyavardhini vati – 1 tablet with warm water.

Daily External Care

Morning: Wash face with chandan + licorice powder mixed in rose water. Apply aloe vera gel as moisturizer.

Evening (Face Pack): Sandalwood powder – 1 tsp Manjistha powder – ½ tsp Multani mitti – 1 tsp Mix with rose water, apply for 15 min, rinse.

Diet Chart

Include:

1.Warm, freshly cooked food 2.Pomegranate, papaya, apple 3.Leafy greens, ridge gourd, bottle gourd 4.Cow’s ghee in small amount

Avoid:

1.Spicy, oily, fried food 2.Sour curd, pickles 3.Excess tea/coffee, refined sugar

Lifestyle Tips

1.Sleep 10 pm–6 am for skin repair. 2.Use scarf/umbrella in sun. 3.Practice Sheetali pranayama 5 min morning & evening.

Follow‑up: Repeat for 3 weeks (with 1‑day gap after each week) for best results.

Pigmentation issues often indicate an imbalance, primarily involving increased Pitta in the skin. While you’ve already tried chandan powder mixed with milk, which is a classic remedy, it may not be enough on its own. Addressing pigmentation effectively requires both internal and external approaches. Let’s dig into a few recommendations.

Firstly, it’s crucial to balance the pitta dosha internally, since an aggravated Pitta can lead to skin concerns like pigmentation. You might want to include foods and herbs like amla, aloe vera juice, and coriander in your diet. These have cooling properties that can help manage excess Pitta. Try drinking a small glass of amla or aloe vera juice every morning on an empty stomach.

Additionally, hydration plays a key role, so ensure you’re drinking enough water throughout the day. Herbal teas like chamomile and mint can also help soothe Pitta dosha. Stay clear of spicy, oily, or excessively salty foods as they can intensify Pitta.

For topical application, you might consider using kumkumadi tailam — a renowned ayurvedic oil specifically formulated for skin health and pigmentation issues. Apply it gently on the affected areas before bed. Alternatively, a paste made from turmeric and honey can also be beneficial as turmeric possesses naturally anti-inflammatory and skin-brightening properties. Use this paste 2-3 times a week.

It’s also essential to protect your skin from direct sun exposure. Use natural sunscreens like those containing zinc oxide or titanium dioxide, or simply wear a hat when outdoors. Stress-reduction techniques, such as yoga or meditation, can further aid in calming Pitta and improving skin health.

Monitor these changes for a couple of weeks, if symptoms persist or worsen, consulting with an Ayurvedic practitioner in person is advised to assess for personalized treatment options. They can provide your detailed insight into your dosha balance and tailor recommendations more closely to your prakriti.

Pigmentation on the skin often points towards an imbalance of the doshas, especially Pitta dosha. An aggravated Pitta can manifest as skin issues, including pigmentation. It’s crucial to address the root cause and balance the doshas effectively. One basis step you can take is to incorporate cooling and cleansing practices into your routine to pacify Pitta.

You might want to regularly apply a paste made of turmeric and Aloe Vera on the affected areas. Mix equal parts turmeric powder and fresh Aloe Vera gel to form a smooth paste, and apply twice daily—morning and evening. Leave this on your skin for around 15-20 minutes before rinsing off with lukewarm water.

Dietary adjustments can also play a significant role. Focus on consuming foods that are naturally cooling and cleansing. Try integrating more cucumber, coriander, fennel, and cilantro into your meals. Avoid spicy, oily, and acidic foods, as they might aggravate Pitta further.

Herbal supplements can support your efforts. Neem and Guduchi are beneficial for skin health. Taking a 500mg capsule of either Neem or Guduchi daily can help in detoxifying the body and improving skin clarity. However, ensure you consult a practitioner before starting any supplements.

Hydration is essential—you should aim to drink plenty of water throughout the day. Try adding a teaspoon of lemon juice to your water to further support detoxification.

Lastly, ensure you manage stress effectively since stress can aggravate Pitta. Yoga and meditation practices known for their cooling and calming effects can be very supportive.

While these steps can serve as a preventive measure against further pigmentation, if your condition worsens or you observe no improvement, it’s advisable to consult a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner for personalized diagnosis and treatment.
