I have eczema on scrotum it is dry and forming dirts on scrotum - #28165

My skin forming more dirts it causing me more uncomfortable and alsoIhas fungul infectionin my groin but i cured it by dermatologist but my eczema isnot curing and also I has poor gut health and my motion is leaky sometime and sometimes I didn't get poop for 3 days
