I am really trying to find out how to use manjistha for skin whitening. I’ve heard great things about it but honestly, I'm kinda lost. Like, I've had these dark spots on my face for years that just won’t go away! I’ve tried so many creams, treatments, you name it, but nothing seems to work. A friend mentioned that manjistha could be my answer since it’s supposed to be good for skin health and lightening. I read somewhere that I could mix it with honey or maybe some yogurt? But, like, I’m not sure about the ratios or how often I should be doing this. Also, do I need to prepare it a certain way, or can I just use the powder directly? I’m a little bit worried about potential side effects too because my skin is super sensitive and I don’t want to make it worse. Has anyone here used manjistha for skin whitening?
