Baal gallopot ki samasya aur growth ki deficiency ke liye, pehle hum aapka dosha samajhna zaroori hai. Aam taur par, baalon ke liye Vata aur Pitta dosha accountable hote hai. Frizzy aur 2 muhe baal Pitta aur Vata imbalance ka indication ho sakte hain. Sarson ka tel ka upayog acha hai, lekin aur bhi cheezein hain jo aap kar sakte hain.

1. Ahaar aur Poshak Tatva: Aapke khaane mein protein, vitamins aur minerals jaise vitamin E, A, Zinc, aur Biotin zaroor shamil karein. Har din doodh, hara sabziyan aur makhana, chukandar aur anjeer khana shuru kare.

2. Amla ka Upayog: Amla (Indian gooseberry) ka churna khaali pet ek chamach paani ke sath le. Amla se baal me shine aati hai aur growth sudhrta hai.

3. Tel Malish: Sudhrane ke liye, til aur nariyal tel me mehendi patta, neem aur bhringraj mila kar har Hafte garam kar ke malish karein. isse baalon ki jado tak poshan milega aur frizziness kam hogi.

Baalon ki samasya ko samajhne ke liye, humein pehle samjhna hoga ki ye kai karanon ki wajah se ho sakti hai, jaise ki hormonal imbalances, khanakhalal (nutrition deficiency), ya phir wrong hair care practices. Siddha-Ayurveda ke nazariye se, baalon ka dikhna khana-pina, lifestyle, aur dosha balance se juda hota hai.

Aapke jo symptom hain jase ki do muhe baal aur frizziness, yeh zyada tar Vata dosha ke imbalance se jude hote hain. Iss ke liye aap neeche diye gaye kuch gharelu upay apna sakte hai.

1. Tel Malish: Sarson ka tel ek accha vikalp hai, lekin aap coconut oil ya almond oil ka bhi istemal kar sakte hain, jo ki vata ko shaant karte hain. Hafte mein do baar garam kar ke lagayen aur 1-2 ghante baad dhulain.

2. Aahar Mein Badlaav: Apne aahar mein zinc aur omega-3 fatty acids wale padarth jodein, jaise ki akhrot (walnut), flaxseeds, aur machli. Ye balon ke swashtya ke liye laabhdayak hote hain.
