I am really curious about whether can we apply mustard oil on hair overnight. I’ve been dealing with some major hair issues—like dryness and breakage. My friend suggested mustard oil to help, and I’ve seen that it's mentioned a lot online. Last week, I tried it for the first time, applying it for a few hours and washing it out. My hair felt softer but I'm wonderin if I might be able to leave it in overnight instead for better results? Just nervous about waking up with greasy hair or if it might feel really heavy. My scalp is kinda sensitive too. Should I be concerned about irritation? I’ve read both sides—some people swear by overnight oiling, while others say it could clog pores or do more harm than good. I also wonder if can we apply mustard oil on hair overnight if you have a lot of product buildup? Like, would that change things? Need some good advice before I dive in deep! Thanks everyone!
