डॉक्टरों की प्रतिक्रियाएं

Acne with pus, dry skin, and hair fall can indicate an imbalance in Pitta dosha, which governs heat and transformation in the body. To treat acne and skin conditions, Neem (Azadirachta indica), Turmeric (Curcuma longa), and Aloe Vera (Aloe barbadensis) can be applied topically or consumed in the form of supplements. For dry skin and hair fall, Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri) and Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) help balance the Vata dosha and promote healthy hair growth. Dietary changes include incorporating healthy fats (like ghee and coconut oil), and avoiding spicy, fried, or acidic foods. Regular oil massages using coconut oil or bhringraj oil may improve hair health.

Hey there, looks like you’ve got a mix going on with the skin and hair issues. Let’s dive in.

The acne with pus and dry skin might be signaling a Pitta-Kapha imbalance in your system. Pitta governs heat and metabolism, while Kapha refers to structure and moisture. When they’re out of balance, it tends to trigger inflammation and clogging. Those pus-filled blemishes can be a sign of too much heat and toxins—known as “Ama”—building up in your body.

Starting with skincare, wash your face twice a day with a gentle, natural cleanser containing neem or turmeric, both of which are known for their anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties. It can help reduce bacterial infections. Avoid hot water; lukewarm is better, trust me. Also, a mask made of sandalwood powder mixed with rose water every other day might soothe the skin, it’s quite cooling.

Now, hair. Hair fall and frizziness could relate to a Vata imbalance—Vata controls movement and dryness in the body. Warm oil massages with coconut or sesame oil once or twice a week could honestly work wonders. Leave the oil in for at least 30 minutes, longer even if you can, before washing it off.

Okay, let’s talk diet. Drink warm water throughout the day to tackle that Ama. Incorporate cooling, hydrating foods like cucumbers, and melons, into your meals. Avoid spicy, oily, and heavy foods because they aggravate Pitta further. Amla (Indian gooseberry) juice is excellent for both Pitta balance and hair health.

Yoga can be very grounding and balancing. Try calming poses like forward bends and twists that can nurture your digestive fire (Agni) without overheating. But hey, I would say if things don’t improve or get worse, better to have a quick visit to a healthcare professional to rule out any serious stuff.
