I am really curious about what is the use of serum in hair treatments. A little backstory: I've been struggling with my hair for like forever! It's super frizzy and looks so dull, and I’ve tried all kinds of shampoos and conditioners that promised to work miracles, but nada! My friend suggested that I start using serum and talked about the benefits—like making hair shinier and more manageable. But honestly, I’m not sure if that’s just marketing fluff or if there’s really something to it???? I went to the store looking for serum last week and got totally confused by all the options. Some say they help with frizz, others say they protect from heat damage. I ended up buying a couple of small bottles, mostly because the packaging looked nice, but now I’m wondering what is the use of serum in hair? Am I using it right?
