I am really struggling with my hair lately! It feels like it's thinning out way more than it should, and I've tried a couple of shampoos that promised the world but honestly, no results. A friend mentioned kalonji oil and how to use kalonji oil for hair growth, saying it's like a miracle oil. I’m curious because I’ve seen it pop up in a few wellness blogs but I haven't really looked into it. Last week I even went to a salon where they tried a bunch of treatments, but didn't work 😕. I did some research and they say kalonji oil is packed with nutrients, but how do you actually use it?! Like, should I mix it with something? Do I leave it on overnight, or just put it for a few hours? I heard something about heating it but not sure if that’s a good idea or what. Also, the idea of using kalonji oil for hair growth seems really appealing but I wonder if it has any side effects or if there’s something I should be aware of?
