I am struggling with my hair lately and just need some advice. I’ve been dealing with this hair thinning issue for a while now, and it’s really getting to me. I’ve tried a bunch of different products, you know, from shampoos to oils, but nothing seems to work. Someone recently told me that alsi is good for hair, but I don’t know much about it. Like, what makes alsi good for hair? I’ve heard it’s packed with omega-3s and stuff, but im kinda skeptical about how much that really helps. I mean, I don’t want to waste my time or money on something that might not even work! I've tried flaxseed gel, which I think is alsi too, but I don’t see a huge difference. Is alsi good for hair for real, or is it just another trendy thing? Also curious if there’s a certain way I should be using alsi - should I eat it, or apply it topically? I don’t want to mess it up. My hair has become kinda dry and frizzy as well, and if alsi is good for hair, maybe it could help with that too? Do u think it might work for me, or should I keep looking for other options? Any tips would really be appreciated! Thanks!
