I am really confused about how to take abhayarishta. I’ve been dealing with really bad digestive issues for a while now, right? And a friend recommended abhayarishta, saying it's great for balancing the stomach. I want to try it, but the bottle just sits on my shelf cause I’m not sure I’m doing it right. I had this awful bloating and gas after meals, and my doctor said it might be due to weak digestion. I did some tests, which weren’t conclusive, so I figured, why not go the Ayurvedic route? But when I read the instructions on the bottle, it just added to my confusion. I'm like, am I supposed to take it before meals or after? How much should I take? And can I mix it with something, or is it just supposed to be straight up? Some sites say to dilute it with water, but others just say to drink it as is. I’m thinking if I mess this up, will it even work? I’d love to hear from someone who knows exactly how to take abhayarishta properly. I just want to feel normal again without all this discomfort! Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!!
