I am really at my wits end here! For the past few months, I've noticed my hair thinning way more than usual, and I feel like I've tried everything. I’ve switched shampoos, started taking vitamins, and even changed my diet to include more whole foods. But still, my hair looks so limp and lifeless — it's kinda hard to look in the mirror. My friend told me she had great results using an oil, and I’m thinking maybe I could give that a shot? I've heard that using the right hair oil can make a huge difference for many people.
