For blood deficiency, or ‘rakta kshaya’, focus on nourishing your blood. Include more iron-rich foods like leafy greens, beetroots, and pomegranates in your diet. To boost absorption, take these with a source of Vitamin C, such as amla. Ayurvedic herbs like Shatavari and Ashwagandha may also support blood health. Consult an Ayurvedic practitioner to balance herbal remedies with existing conditions.

Fibroids, considered an imbalance of kapha dosha, can be managed by reducing kapha-aggravating foods. Avoid dairy, cold and heavy foods, instead favor warm, cooked meals. Incorporating herbs like Kanchanar Guggulu post consultation with a practitioner may also be beneficial.

For fatty liver and constipation, it’s key to stimulate proper digestion and liver function. Ginger tea (made from fresh ginger root boiled in water) can help stimulate digestive fire or ‘agni’. Include fiber-rich foods like whole grains and flaxseeds, and drink plenty of warm water through the day. To ensure regular bowel movements, Triphala churna might be beneficial—take it as advised by a practitioner.

Facial pigmentation, related to dosha imbalances, can be addressed externally and internally. Use natural face packs with turmeric and sandalwood powder, mixed with rose water, and apply to affected areas. Ensure a diet rich in antioxidants like fresh fruits and vegetables.

Keep a close watch on your health conditions, and do regular medical check-ups, especially for fibroids and liver health. It’s crucial to integrate these remedies sensibly with your lifestyle, considering any medical advice you’re already following.
