Meera ji, periods shuru hone ke baad bhi kuch ladkiyon mein height badh sakti hai, lekin growth ki speed pehle se kam ho jati hai. Height tab tak badh sakti hai jab tak growth plates (bones ke growth centers) band na ho jayein. Isliye “kaise bhi karke” ya 1 mahine mein zyada height badhana sambhav nahi hai. Take Ashwagandha Churna 3 g raat ko garam doodh ke saath. Shatavari Churna 3 g subah doodh ke saath. Amalaki Churna 3 g subah ya shaam pani ke saath. Yadi pachan kamzor ho to Chyawanprash 1 teaspoon subah. Dincharya: Roz 8–9 ghante ki neend. Tadasana, Surya Namaskar, Bhujangasana, skipping aur stretching 30–45 minute roz. Doodh, paneer, dal, til, badam, hari sabziyan aur phal paryapt matra mein lein. Patla hone ke liye: Cold drinks, chips, pizza, burger, bakery items aur mithai kam karein. Raat ka bhojan halka rakhein. Roz kam se kam 45 minute brisk walking ya exercise karein.
