Cooked grains, root vegetables, and healthy fats like ghee can be harmonious to your constitution.

As you’re working on a farm, take short breaks to stretch and relax your body, which can alleviate tension and reduce giddiness. Practicing gentle yoga poses such as Tadasana or Balasana can improve balance and stability.
