Natural coloring can be achieved using henna—known for its conditioning and color benefits. Mix henna powder with tea decoction, a bit of lemon juice or yogurt, and apply as a hair pack. Leave it on for a few hours before rinsing. Applying henna once a month can help with natural coloring.

Remember to manage stress through yoga or meditation, aiding in a more balanced lifestyle that reflects positively on your hair health. If symptoms persist or are severe, consulting a practitioner who can tailor a regimen to your dosha and lifestyle would be advised. Balancing these elements holistically addresses not just the symptom, but the root cause of hair thinning and greying.
