how to balance pitta - #42104
I am really struggling with some health issues lately, and I think it might be related to my pitta dosha being out of whack. My face has been breaking out a lot, and I’ve been feeling super irritable and hot, like way more than usual!! Plus, I’ve been experiencing some digestive issues, you know, like heartburn and a bit of nausea after meals. I used to be fine, but now it seems like all of a sudden my body is just off. I read that it’s important to learn how to balance pitta, but honestly, I’m confused about where to start. I've tried drinking more cool water and eating salads, but I don’t know if that’s enough. I also love spicy food, and I’m worried if I stop eating that completely I won’t enjoy my meals anymore. Anyone know how to balance pitta without sacrificing everything that makes food fun?! And also, what about lifestyle changes? I’ve been under a lot of stress with work, and I’ve heard that can affect pitta too. Like should I meditate or do yoga? Do those things really help with how to balance pitta? I'm open to suggestions but feeling kinda lost in all of it. Please help!!!
