Apply sesame oil or coconut oil on affected areas before taking a bath; this not only moisturizes but also calms the skin. Avoid hot water baths - opt for lukewarm instead.

You might want to consider internal, Ayurvedic formulations like taking Panchatikta Ghrita Guggulu or Kaishore Guggulu, under professional supervision for helping reduce inflammation and balancing the doshas involved.

Don’t ignore yoga and pranayama: they will help reduce stress levels and promote overall well-being. Practicing slow, calming breathing exercises like Shitali or Chandrabhedi pranayama can cool down Pitta dosha.

However, given the severity and persistent nature of these conditions, it is essential you work with a qualified practitioner to customize your treatment plan. They can asses your pulse and dosha specifically, giving you a tailored regimen that can more effectively balance your body’s unique needs. If you experience severe itching, swelling, or pain, consult a healthcare professional immediately; untreated severe skin conditions can lead to complications.
