मैं 24 साल का आदमी हूँ, पिछले 5 सालों से मुझे पिंपल्स और एक्ने के निशान हो रहे हैं। ज्यादा पिंपल्स की वजह से मेरी ऊपरी गाल अंदर धंस गई है। कृपया मुझे बताएं कि मैं इससे कैसे छुटकारा पा सकता हूँ?

Hydration is crucial, so drink plenty of water infused with a pinch of cumin seeds to aid digestion.

For topical application, consider using herbal pastes. A paste made by mixing turmeric (antiseptic properties) and sandalwood (cooling effect) with rose water can be applied to pimples daily for 20 minutes before washing it off with warm water. This helps soothe inflammation and lighten scars over time.

Neem is a potent herb with antimicrobial properties that can be very effective against acne. Neem powder mixed with a small amount of water to form a paste can be applied directly to affected areas.

Internally, herbs like Triphala, known for balancing all three doshas and cleansing toxins, can help when taken regularly. You can take Triphala churna (powder) mixed with warm water or honey every night before bed.

Managing stress also has a big role in healing skin issues. Practices such as yoga, pranayama, and meditation can be beneficial to reduce stress-related Pitta aggravation. Ensure getting enough sleep, as the body repairs itself during rest.

For scar rejuvenation, regular gentle facial massage with an oil suited to your dosha, like Kumkumadi oil, can improve blood circulation and skin elasticity over time. It should be applied with care, avoiding areas with active pimples. Regular Ayurvedic panchakarma treatments like Virechana or detoxification under the guidance of a qualified practitioner might also help if acne is chronic and severe.

Remember to do a patch test for any new topical application, and consult an Ayurvedic practitioner to tailor these recommendations accurately to your unique constitutional type and needs.
