I understand your concern because rosacea skin is very sensitive and even though besan helps in reducing acne it is drying and mildly abrasive in nature so daily use can easily trigger flushing burning and redness in rosacea especially when your skin barrier is already reactive instead of stopping it completely you can reduce the frequency to once in 7 to 10 days and never use it alone always mix it with soothing ingredients and do not rub or scrub while applying wash it off gently with normal water and avoid hot water completely

For internal support Ayurveda focuses on calming heat and inflammation and improving digestion

Neem capsule twice daily after food with normal water

Mahamanjistadi aristha 20 ml twice daily after meals mixed with equal water

Gandhaka rasayan one tablet twice daily after food

Lifestyle care is very important avoid direct sun heat steam facials scrubs chemical peels and frequent product changes use only gentle cleanser lukewarm or normal water keep skin moisturised with a light non greasy cream manage stress sleep on time and avoid late nights

Avoid daily besan masks harsh home remedies lemon tomato baking soda essential oils multani mitti and frequent face packs because these worsen rosacea even if acne seems better

With this approach redness flares reduce first then acne settles slowly consistency is important and if symptoms are severe or worsening in person consultation is always better for dose adjustment and safety

Besan helps acne, but it is too drying and irritating for rosacea, so it causes flare-ups. What you can do Do not use besan alone If you want to use it, mix besan with Besan + curd (thin) Besan + aloe vera gel Use once a week only Keep it on for 5 minutes, don’t let it dry fully Wash with cool water, no scrubbing
