Namaste I am very sorry to hear about your father’s condition Seeing a loved one in coma after a subarachnoid hemorrhage is extremely stressful for your family An Extensive subarchnoid hemorrhage means that bleeding has occured in the space surrounding the brain which leads to -Increased pressure inside skull -Reduced oxygen supply to brain tissue -Loss of consciousness (Coma) When doctors say that there is no response which means the brain is not responding to the stimuli despite treatment The first week after such hemorrhage is very critical and patients are usually kep under intensive care and close monitoring Right now the most important treatment is -ICU Monitoring -Medicines to control blood swelling -Blood pressure control In this stage modern emergency medical care is essential and it cannot be replaced by ayurveda Currently in this stage we can’t start Ayurvedic medicines as -patient is unconscious However after STABILIZATION and recovery, ayurveda can help om -Neurological rehabilitation -Strength Recovery -Improving nervous system function Right now the best approach is to continue hospital treatment and monitoring I pray for your father’s recovery and strength for yoir family during this difficult time Warm Regards Dr Snehal Vidhate
Right now it’s better to continue as allopathic is going on, bcz giving ayurveda is not possible at this time…
Consulting the near by AYURVEDIC PHYSICIAN for better examination and treatment

I’m really sorry you and your family are going through this — an extensive subarachnoid hemorrhage with coma and no brain response is a very critical condition. At this stage, Ayurveda cannot reverse the damage or replace the intensive medical care your father is already receiving. What Ayurveda can offer in such situations - Supportive care only: Ayurveda focuses on comfort, circulation, and reducing stress for the body. External therapies (if permitted by your doctor): - Abhyanga (gentle oil massage with sesame or Brahmi oil) for circulation and relaxation. - Nasya (medicated nasal drops) and Shirodhara (oil pouring on forehead) are traditionally used for neurological balance, but these are not recommended in acute hemorrhage unless cleared by the treating physician.
This is a serous condition. Donot add any oral medicines or can complicate his condition. Use Brahmi oil head massage. If he can do make him do Bhramari Pranayam.

AN EXTENSIVE SUBARACHNOID HEMORRHAGE IS A SERIOUS CONDITION WHERE BLEEDING OCCURS IN THE SPACE AROUND THE BRAIN THIS BLEEDING CAN PUT PRESSURE ON THE BRAIN TISSUE AND AFFECT NORMAL BRAIN FUNCTION WHEN THE BLEEDING IS EXTENSIVE THE BRAIN MAY TEMPORARILY LOSE ITS ABILITY TO RESPOND AND THE PERSON CAN GO INTO A COMA IN THE FIRST FEW DAYS DOCTORS MAINLY FOCUS ON STABILIZING THE PATIENT CONTROLLING BRAIN PRESSURE PREVENTING FURTHER BLEEDING AND SUPPORTING BREATHING AND CIRCULATION SOMETIMES THE BRAIN TAKES TIME TO SHOW ANY RESPONSE AND IN MANY CASES THE FIRST WEEK IS A CRITICAL PERIOD WHERE DOCTORS CLOSELY MONITOR FOR ANY CHANGE IT IS IMPORTANT TO CONTINUE THE TREATMENT UNDER THE NEUROLOGY AND CRITICAL CARE TEAM BECAUSE THEY HAVE THE NECESSARY EQUIPMENT AND MEDICATIONS TO SUPPORT THE BRAIN DURING THIS CRITICAL PHASE IF THE DOCTORS SAY THERE IS NO RESPONSE YET IT DOES NOT ALWAYS MEAN THAT THERE WILL NEVER BE IMPROVEMENT SOMETIMES THE BRAIN NEEDS TIME TO RECOVER FROM THE INITIAL INJURY AT THIS STAGE AYURVEDIC MEDICINES OR HOME TREATMENTS ARE NOT GIVEN DIRECTLY BECAUSE THE CONDITION IS VERY ACUTE AND THE PATIENT IS IN COMA SO THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS CONTINUED HOSPITAL CARE AND CLOSE MONITORING WHAT FAMILY MEMBERS CAN DO IS STAY SUPPORTIVE SPEAK TO HIM GENTLY SOMETIMES EVEN WHEN A PERSON IS IN COMA THE BRAIN MAY STILL PERCEIVE VOICES OR FAMILIAR SOUNDS KEEPING A CALM ENVIRONMENT AROUND THE PATIENT CAN BE HELPFUL PLEASE ALSO SPEAK WITH THE DOCTORS ABOUT THE CURRENT BRAIN STATUS SUCH AS BRAIN PRESSURE SCANS AND WHETHER THERE IS ANY POSSIBILITY OF INTERVENTION OR SURGERY IF NEEDED THEY WILL GUIDE YOU BASED ON THE SCANS AND HIS CONDITION THIS IS A VERY CRITICAL TIME BUT CONTINUED MEDICAL CARE AND MONITORING DURING THESE DAYS IS VERY IMPORTANT I HOPE YOUR FATHER SHOWS SIGNS OF RECOVERY AND I WISH STRENGTH AND SUPPORT FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILY DURING THIS CHALLENGING TIME IF YOU NEED TO DISCUSS ANYTHING FURTHER YOU CAN SHARE MORE DETAILS AND I WILL TRY TO GUIDE YOU AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE
Hello, As the patient is in coma giving ayurvedic treatment is not valid Kindly continue with allopathic medicine and follow what’s doctor advice Thank you
Pls it’s better to consult nearby ayurvedic physician directly for proper guidance Without seeing his condition n reports we cannot advise you blindly
Sub archonoid haemorrhage, and in coma stage , best to continue allopathic medicine, once situation improves, and is out of coma. Can think for ayurvedic medicine as a supportive treatment not as a cure
