–In Ayurveda, your symptoms are seen as an imbalance mainly of Vata dosha, which controls the nervous system and movement in the body. When Vata becomes aggravated over a long time, it can lead to fatigue, pain, nerve issues, dizziness, and dryness. There is also involvement of Pitta (causing inflammation, rashes, heat) and Ama (toxins from improper digestion), which can block body channels and worsen symptoms. Treatment focuses on calming Vata, reducing toxins, improving digestion, and strengthening the body with proper diet, routine, rest, and gentle therapies. Most importantly, avoiding overexertion and maintaining a balanced lifestyle is essential for recovery. —Rx: Amrutotaram Kashayam Tabs – 2 tabs BD before food Saraswatharishtam – 15 ml + equal water BD after food Agasthya Rasayanam – 1 tsp HS Ksheerabala Tailam – local application daily —Advice: Vata-pacifying diet, rest, avoid exertion

Multiple health issues need personal consultation for better examination and treatment

Namaste, You are dealing with multiple chronic conditions with severe fatigue, nerve involvement, and hypersensitivity, which indicates a highly sensitive nervous system with low energy reserve. This requires a very gentle, step-by-step approach, not aggressive treatments. Simple measures that may help: Maintain a very structured daily routine with proper rest periods (avoid overexertion). Follow pacing – do small activities with breaks to prevent fatigue crashes. Eat light, warm, easy-to-digest meals to support digestion and reduce overload. Avoid trigger foods (especially in MCAS – observe reactions carefully). Practice gentle breathing, relaxation, or meditation to calm the nervous system. Ensure good sleep hygiene and avoid screen exposure before sleep. Avoid strong detox or heavy therapies, as your body may not tolerate them well. Focus should be on nervous system support, digestion, and gradual strength building. Ayurvedic medicines sometimes used to support such conditions include: Ashwagandha – traditionally used to support strength, stress, and fatigue. Brahmi – sometimes used to support cognitive function and calm the mind. Consult me for more advice and suggestions on the above medicines.
