Hormones should not be forcefully changed without a clear imbalance because in a male body testosterone is naturally the dominant hormone and estrogen is already present in a controlled smaller amount and when this balance is disturbed unnecessarily it can affect energy mood sexual health metabolism and even long term bone strength In modern science the body regulates hormones through a feedback system between brain and glands so increasing estrogen or blocking testosterone randomly can disturb this regulation instead of improving it when there are no clear symptoms like acne hair fall irritability low libido or fatigue strong intervention is not needed Substances like Reishi mushroom may slightly influence androgen metabolism but the effect is very mild and not enough to significantly reduce testosterone while Pueraria mirifica contains strong plant estrogens which can act on estrogen receptors but its effect is unpredictable in males and may lead to hormonal imbalance liver stress or mood changes with long term use A more stable approach is supporting natural hormonal balance one teaspoon flaxseed powder soaked overnight in warm water as Flaxseed provides lignans which give mild estrogen like support and help regulate hormone metabolism one cup Spearmint tea daily may help in slightly reducing free testosterone without disturbing overall hormonal strength Kalyanaka Ghritam half teaspoon in the morning on empty stomach with warm water or milk supports neuro hormonal balance Ashokarishtam fifteen ml with equal water after lunch and dinner gives mild hormonal support Shatavari Gulam one teaspoon at bedtime with warm milk supports tissue nourishment and fluid balance Saraswatarishtam ten to fifteen ml with equal water in the evening helps in regulating stress related hormonal fluctuations Applying Ksheerabala Tailam on lower abdomen and soles at night supports relaxation of the nervous system which indirectly helps hormone balance Diet should include good fats like ghee soaked almonds and fruits like pomegranate and avoid excess spicy fried and very high protein foods because they may increase androgen activity maintaining proper sleep before eleven pm helps in keeping natural hormone rhythm stable
