Namaste, High blood pressure + sugar spikes (up to 204) + fatigue and burning sensation indicate that your body is under metabolic stress, and this needs careful and consistent management. Simple understanding: Post-meal sugar spike shows poor sugar control. Burning sensation and fatigue can be due to pitta imbalance + high sugar levels. Headache with relief after vomiting may be related to acidity or pressure imbalance. This condition should not be ignored and needs regular monitoring. Simple measures that may help: Follow a strict diet – avoid sugar, sweets, refined carbs, fried food. Eat small, frequent meals instead of large meals. Include fiber-rich foods (vegetables, whole grains). Do daily walking (30 minutes) to control sugar and BP. Reduce salt intake for BP control. Maintain proper sleep and stress control. Monitor BP and sugar regularly. Continue your current allopathic medicines as prescribed. Ayurvedic medicines that may support control include: Nishamalaki Tablet – 1 tablet, twice daily after meals Sarpagandha Vati – 1 tablet, at night after meals These are traditionally used to support blood sugar and blood pressure balance. Do not stop current medicines without doctor advice. Consult me for more advice and suggestions on the above medicines.

Hello, Your symptoms suggest this is more than just simple high sugar You have -High Bp -sugar rising to 204 after meals -severe fatigue -burning sensation in body -headache with nausea/vomiting relief In Ayurveda, this point toward -madhumeha= diabetes pattern -along with pitta aggravation -posible ama + metabolic inflammation -BP + sugar together are stressing the nervous system and circulation Important first You should not ignore -headache relieved by vomiting -burning sensation all over body Please check -HbA1c -fasting/post meal sugar -Bp monitoring -kidney function -eye check if headaches are frequent Seek urgent care if -severe headache suddenly -blurred vision -chest pain -weakness/numbness -vomiting repeatedly Internal management 1) Sugar control + metabolism -Nisakathakadi kashaya= 20ml + equal water twice before meals =classical support for blood sugar balance -Chandraprabha gulika= 2 tabs twice daily after meals =supports metabolism + urinary system 2) Burning sensation + pitta control -Guluchyadi kashayam= 20ml + equal water before meals =helps burning sensation + inflammation -Amalaki rasayanam= 1 tsp daily in morning =cooling + antioxidant support 3) Bp + stresss support -Arjunarishtam= 15ml + water twice daily after meals =cardiovascular support Strict diet= very important -small frequent meals -moong dal, vegetables, salads (light) -methi seeds small amount daily -warm water Avoid -sugar/ jaggery sweets -white rice excess -fried foods -cold drinks -late night meals Lifestyle -daily walking after meals 10-15 mins -proper sleep -stress reduction important for sugar spikes About sugar 204 after meals This means post meal sugar control is not optimal If repeated frequently -long term nerve/kidney effect possible so -regular monitoring is essential Your symptoms suggest diabetes + Bp + pitta aggravation affecting metabolism and nerves Main focus -sugar control -reduce burning/inflammation -support circulation and digestion Do follow Hope this might be helpful Thank you
