गट को कैसे साफ करें और मुझे अपना वजन बढ़ाने की जरूरत है, मुझे दूध और डेयरी उत्पादों, अंडा, सफेद चावल, चीनी, ग्लूटेन, राजमा, काले बीन्स जैसे भारी खाने से एलर्जी है, तो मुझे क्या करना चाहिए?

cleansing - castor oil ( erand taila ) with ginger water (5-10ml at night ) use haritaki powder with normal water once/ day ccf tea ( cumin coriander and fennel boiled in water ) once/day . deepan pachana - water water , buttermilk with roasted cumin , panchkola phanta ,ginger juice with pinch of rock salt . for weight gain - healthy fats like cow ghee , moong soup , overnight soaked dates and raisins, fruits like pomegranate apple . Also take quality sleep and massage with kshirbala taila 2-3/week
