ठंडे, डेयरी और बेकरी उत्पादों से बचें। नियमित व्यायाम और ध्यान करें। पीने के लिए उबला हुआ पानी इस्तेमाल करें। कच्ची सब्जियों और फलों का सेवन बढ़ाएं। Sy.Bronchrid 15ml गुनगुने पानी के साथ दिन में दो बार लें। Tab.Immunocin 2-0-2 Cap.Stresscom 1-0-1 दो हफ्ते बाद फॉलो अप करें।
