मैं गंभीर मांसपेशियों की कमी, भूख न लगना, चमकदार, ढीली और बहुत नरम त्वचा और मांसपेशियों की समस्या से जूझ रहा हूँ। नींद में भी खलल पड़ रहा है। बहुत कम खाने के बाद भी पेट भरा हुआ महसूस होता है। फलों को खाने के बाद भी लंबे समय तक पेट भरा हुआ लगता है। मैं खाने के बाद जीरा, सौंफ और अजवाइन का पाउडर शहद के साथ ले रहा हूँ, लेकिन इसका ज्यादा असर नहीं हो रहा है। क्या आयुर्वेद में इसका कोई इलाज है?
