With a 30-year history of psoriasis/eczema and Stage 5 baldness, Ayurveda may help improve scalp health, itching, scaling, and reduce further hair loss, but regrowing significant hair in long-standing bald areas is unfortunately unlikely.
Focus should be on controlling scalp inflammation and maintaining existing hair.
Avoid scratching, harsh shampoos, excessive oil application, and stress as much as possible. Keep digestion healthy and avoid very spicy, fried, and processed foods.
Mahamanjishtadi Kwath – 15 ml with equal water twice daily
Gandhak Rasayan – 1 tablet twice daily after food
Khadirarishta – 15 ml with equal water twice daily after food
Neem oil + coconut oil (mixed) application 2–3 times weekly if tolerated
If fungal infection is active, it should be confirmed by a dermatologist, as fungal infections and psoriasis can look similar but require different treatment approaches.
