मैं 34 साल का हूँ और पिछले 2-3 साल से शीघ्रपतन, अतिसंवेदनशीलता और इरेक्टाइल डिसफंक्शन की समस्या का सामना कर रहा हूँ। कोई विशेष स्वास्थ्य समस्या नहीं है और न ही कोई दवा ले रहा हूँ। मैंने एक डॉक्टर की सलाह पर अश्वगंधा, गोखरू और सफेद मूसली आदि का पाउडर इस्तेमाल किया है, लेकिन कोई सुधार नहीं हुआ। मुझे कुछ ही सेकंड में स्खलन हो जाता है और एक बार के बाद दूसरी बार इरेक्शन नहीं हो पाता। कृपया मुझे स्थायी समाधान बताएं।

For 2–3 years of ED and premature ejaculation, an in-person evaluation is important because causes can include stress, performance anxiety, hormonal issues, poor sleep, diabetes, thyroid disorders, or vascular problems. Take Ashwagandha Churna 5 g with warm milk at bedtime. Kapikacchu Churna 3 g twice daily after food. Chandraprabha Vati 2 tablets twice daily after food. Shilajit (purified) 250–500 mg twice daily after food. Lifestyle: Regular exercise, 7–8 hours sleep. Avoid smoking, excess alcohol, and pornography. Practice pelvic floor (Kegel) exercises daily.
