Hair Botox treatment, yeahhh it can kinda mess with your hair sometimes. Speacilly if there’s chemical stuff involved. So, firstly, for the hair fall issue - it’s super important to figure out the root cause, you know? In Ayurveda, hair health ties a lot to your Prakriti and stuff like your stress levels, diet, etc. For you, I’d look at balancing the doshas - Vata and Pitta might be overacting since they usually mess with hair.
A quick fix could be massaging your scalp with warm oils - coconut or sesame oil, but you can add a few drops of Brahmi or Bhringraj oil, they’re pretty great for calming and nourishing the scalp. Try doing this at least 2-3 times a week, it’s super soothing! Leave the oil on for like 1-2 hours, or overnight if you comfy with that.
Bloating is another story, probably your Agni (digestive fire) is a bit weak. Paying attention to when and what you eat can seriously help. Eat more warm, cooked foods that are easy to digest – like dal, rice, warm soups. Avoid stuff like fermented foods, too much raw veggies or leftovers since they can bloat your tummy more.
Another trick that works is chewing a teaspoon of fennel seeds after meals, it’s known to kick that bloating outa here! And don’t forget your hydration - room temperature water is best, maybe sip on ginger tea or hot water with lemon throughout the day to keep things moving down there.
Remember though, if you have ama (toxins) buildup, a detox can be helpful, right? Consider a light Ayurvedic cleanse - simple kitchari for a few days to give your system a break.
Okay, but if this bloating gets worse or your hair keeps falling like crazy, maybe chat with a healthcare pro for a deep dive into it. Ayurveda’s amazing, but so is being sure there’s no bigger issue. Keep me updated – would love to hear how you’re doing!
