I am an Ayurvedic doctor with lil over 4 yrs of hands-on work in both govt setups and hardcore clinical practice. My biggest learning curve honestly came during my 3 years as a Resident Doctor at AIIA, New Delhi—super intense, but equally fulfilling. We handled a crazy range of OPD & IPD cases daily, from digestive & skin disorders to chronic joint issues, sometimes just acute fevers too.. and we did all that with pure classical Ayurveda—herbs, therapies, all of it—but backed with diagnostic stuff too, like labs or imaging when needed, which helped tune the treatment better. That’s where I started geting deeper into evidence-based Ayurvedic protocols. Then came my stint as Medical Officer under govt of Rajasthan for 1.3 years—different scene altogether. More rural patients, but the issues were no less complex. I was running OPD & IPD, also kinda managing field visits and preventive health programs too—especially lifestyle disorders, anemia, kids with chronic colds, etc. That really opened my eyes to how Ayurveda needs to be both practical *and* accessible. Over time, I’ve leaned more toward patient-centered care that combines classical texts with real-world diagnostics. I’m huge on early prevention and don’t wait till things worsen. Small tweaks in food. breath. routine. mindset. All that counts. Even for tough conditions—chronic fatigue, skin flare-ups, stress-linked digestion—my idea is to go root level, not just suppress it. I'm still learning, still refining. But yeah, that mix of classical + clinical + public health is something I really try to carry into every case.

I am an Ayurvedic physician with over 10 years of real, everyday experience—both in the clinical side and in managing systems behind the scenes. My journey started at Jiva Ayurveda in Faridabad, where I spent around 3 years juggling in-clinic and telemedicine consultations. That time taught me how different patient care can look when it’s just you, the person’s voice, and classical texts. No fancy setups—just your grasp on nidan and your ability to *listen properly*. Then I moved into a Medical Officer role at Uttaranchal Ayurved College in Dehradun, where I stayed for 7 years. It was more than just outpatient care—I was also involved in academic work, teaching students while continuing to treat patients. That phase really pushed me to re-read things with new eyes. You explain something to students one day and then end up applying it differently the next day on a patient. The loop between theory and practice became sharper there. Right now, I’m working as Deputy Medical Superintendent at Shivalik Hospital (part of the Shivalik Ayurved Institute in Dehradun). It’s a dual role—consulting patients *and* making sure the hospital ops run smooth. I get to ensure that the Ayurvedic care we deliver is both clinically sound and logistically strong. From patient case planning to supporting clinical staff and overseeing treatment quality—I keep an eye on all of it. Across all these years, my focus hasn’t changed much—I still work to blend classical Ayurved with today’s healthcare structure in a way that feels practical, safe and real. I don’t believe in overloading patients or selling “quick detox” ideas. I work on balancing doshas, rebuilding agni, planning proper chikitsa based on the person’s condition and constitution. Whether it’s lifestyle disorders, seasonal issues, chronic cases, or plain unexplained fatigue—I try to reach the cause before anything else. I still believe that Ayurved works best when it’s applied with clarity and humility—not overcomplicated or oversold. That’s the approach I carry into every patient room and every team meeting. It’s a long road, but it’s one I’m fully walking.

I am an Ayurvedic physician with deep roots in traditional learning and a clinical path shaped by both classical training and modern exposure. I finished my UG in 2017 and went on to complete my MD in Ayurveda by 2022, but honestly, the real shift happened under my Guru’s mentorship—he comes from an old Vaidya Parampara where Ayurveda isn’t just taught, it’s *lived*. That influence changed how I understand disease, not as isolated issues but as imbalances across body, mind and lifestyle all working together (or not). My core practice is built around Nadi Pariksha. It’s not just “pulse reading”—it tells me where things got disturbed, sometimes way before symptoms even show up. That becomes the base for planning Shaman Chikitsa (curative care), diet correction, and when needed, structured Panchakarma protocols. I don’t believe in using the same chikitsa plan for every joint pain or acne flare-up—it never works like that. Customization is everything. Over the years I’ve worked across Ayurvedic hospitals and multi-specialty centers. That taught me how to navigate both the depth of classical medicine and the speed of real-world patient care. I naturally started leaning into skin and gynecology cases—eczema, acne, delayed periods, PCOS, repeated infections—all of which need time and layers to heal. And I’ve seen, when done right, Ayurveda clears what looks ‘chronic’ without needing constant med support forever. Each consult I take is shaped by a mix of old texts, clinical logic, and human instinct. I look at prakruti, agni, stress levels, cycle patterns, sleep... everything. Sometimes treatment means herbs and snehapana. Other times, it starts with a serious talk about lifestyle and food habits that are silently making everything worse. To me, Ayurveda’s power isn’t in just its medicines—it’s in how it sees the *whole picture*. I work to bring that clarity into every patient interaction. Healing is slow, sometimes frustrating. But if the diagnosis is right, and trust is there, we get somewhere meaningful. That’s what I show up for. Every day.

I am an Ayurvedic physician with around 6 months of hands-on clinical experience—not a long time on paper maybe, but in this short span I’ve already learned how much depth there is in real-world healing vs theory. I’ve worked under senior vaidyas who didn’t just teach me what to prescribe but *how to observe*—how a patient walks in, what their skin or nails show, how their nadi tells a story before they even speak. Most of my practice so far has centered around managing everyday-but-bothersome conditions—joint pain that won’t go away, hair fall ppl can't explain, acne flare-ups, basic gynaec things like delayed cycles, stress-linked PMS, etc. I always stick to proper Ayurvedic principles—like I don’t jump into meds unless I’m clear about the dosha involvement. Nadi Pariksha is a regular part of how I assess things, and depending on what I see, I’ll plan Shaman Chikitsa, simple marma support or maybe just some food/lifestyle shifts if that’s what’s actually needed. My style is not to overload ppl with long lists of churnas n lehyas. I believe even early on that good results come from *balance*—right dose, right ahar-vihar advice, maybe some gentle exercise that suits their energy. I’ve already seen how much better ppl respond when they feel heard and not just “fixed.” I’m still learning—every day, every pt. But I’m very clear that Ayurveda works best when it’s tailored properly. Even in these first few months, I’ve seen cases turn around—not magically, but steadily. That’s the part I trust most about this path. And yeah, I’m focused on getting sharper—with diagnostics, with therapy planning, and most importantly, in giving care that’s both real and reachable for whoever comes in.

I am an Ayurvedic practitioner who honestly just learned most things by *doing*—from being in clinics, talking to patients, figuring out what’s working and what’s missing. I had a full 1-year internship at Sri Sri College of Ayurveda where I was lucky to work closely with experienced vaidyas who didn’t just hand over theory but actually made me use it in day-to-day cases. From basic Nadi Pariksha to full-blown chikitsa planning, I got my hands into real practice early on, and that helped me build confidence fast. After that, I worked at AyurCentral and Swasthi Ayurveda Chikitsalaya—both for around 4 months. And those weren’t just observer roles—I was seeing patients, noting prakriti-vikruti, giving herbal med guidance, helping with panchakarma therapy plans, and a ton of diet/lifestyle counselling. Especially at Swasthi, I started connecting dots more clearly—like how pitta gets disturbed in certain patterns of stress + diet, or how subtle vata issues can be behind chronic complaints ppl don’t even realize are related. I also did a 5-day govt camp in Chikmagalur which honestly taught me more than any textbook. Treating underserved patients with limited tools, explaining Ayurveda to first-time users... that was humbling. Same with the 7-day camp in Manchinbele. It was long, tiring, but I saw so many different cases and realized how important it is to adapt—make a plan that works with *where* and *how* someone lives. My style is all about combining authentic Ayurvedic diagnosis (pulse, tongue, stool signs, all of it) with simple, practical plans. I don’t overload ppl with 8 medicines or confusing rituals. I believe healing happens when we meet the person where they’re at and make small steps that fit their life. I care about that—making Ayurveda make sense to real people. And I’m still learning, always. Every pt kinda brings a new question—and I actually like that part most. Keeps me grounded, keeps me sharp.

I am Dr. Pallavi Bhandare, an Ayurvedic Consultant and General Physician working in Mumbai since 2006. It’s been nearly two decades now, and honestly, I still feel like I learn something new with every patient. My work blends classical Ayurvedic treatment with practical clinical tools—because real ppl don’t always come in with textbook symptoms, right? My goal’s always been simple: treat the root, not just manage the signs and hope they don’t come back. I treat a wide mix of conditions—chronic lifestyle disorders, seasonal infections, hormonal shifts, digestion mess, skin flare-ups, gynec concerns—some acute, some quietly building up for years. Over time, I’ve seen how powerful even small changes can be when the treatment truly fits the patient. That’s why I don’t use generic charts or mass-recommend plans. I go deep into prakruti-vikruti, use nadi pariksha often, and always try to understand what exactly *broke* balance in the first place. A lot of my cases involve joint pain (like sandhigat vata), acidity/IBS-like issues (sometimes masked as stress), or chronic skin things like eczema or rashes that keep moving spots and flaring randomly. I’ve also worked with common gynaec problems—irregular periods, mild PCOD, early fatigue—and I’ve seen how diet + herbs + lifestyle sync can make real shifts if done gently but consistently. Panchakarma isn’t always needed but when it is, I plan it based on the person’s strength, season, and actual need—not just because someone *wants* detox. My treatments include Shaman chikitsa (curative line), but I also lean hard into prevention—especially now, when so many people come in burnt out or overmedicated without answers. I care deeply about making Ayurveda feel *doable*. I explain things clearly, avoid overwhelming, and try to keep the vibe calm, honest, and encouraging. I want ppl to know what’s happening with their body and what we’re trying to fix. Real healing takes time, and my job is to walk with the patient through it—not just hand them a prescription and wish them luck.

I am an Ayurvedic doctor with 2 and a half years of full-time clinical practice—not a huge number maybe, but every single day added something new. I started out wanting to just understand classical Ayurveda better, but over time I ended up working with all sorts of cases—digestive issues, joint pain, lifestyle disorders like obesity or acidity, skin breakouts, just general imbalance that people couldn’t explain in reports. That’s where I realised how powerful even simple herbs or routines can be if matched correctly to the person. My whole focus is on root-cause level care. Not symptom masking, not short-term comfort. I work with Nadi Pariksha, darshana, prashna, all the core diagnostic tools, and then try to *build* a plan that includes Ayurvedic meds, panchakarma when required, dietary guidelines that actually fit their life, and slow but real shifts in lifestyle. I don’t force big changes on day one unless they’re urgent. Sometimes it’s one tweak at a time—because what matters is whether ppl can stick to it. Panchakarma is something I respect a lot, but only use when needed. It’s not a “wellness spa” for me—it’s proper chikitsa. I’ve used snehapan, virechan, basti etc. to support deeper healing, especially in joint and gut-related conditions. Honestly, the most satisfying part is when someone who felt stuck—like really fed up—comes back and says “this actually helped.” That’s the point of all this work. Not just balancing doshas but helping ppl *live* better—clearer mind, better sleep, digestion that works, skin that calms down, pain that eases. That’s what I try to work toward. Ayurveda makes sense to me—scientifically, logically, practically. And I keep learning. Every patient kinda teaches you something if you’re paying attention. I just try to stay honest to the texts and also listen properly to the ppl who walk in with real lives and real struggles. That balance is what I care about most.

I am an Ayurvedic doctor practicing currently at Swami Aatmanand Saraswati Hospital in Surat, and before that I trained at Indian Institute of Ayurved Research & Hospital, Rajkot. That place really gave me a solid grounding—not just theory but day-to-day clinical exposure where you learn to *actually* apply the shastra to ppl sitting across from you with real problems. I don’t believe in rushing through treatment or masking symptoms—my work is about going deeper, fixing the base cause and making sure the patient feels seen, heard, and helped. Chronic illness, lifestyle disorders, pain conditions, early stage imbalances—these are the kind of issues I mostly work with. Whether it’s diabetes, PCOD, acidity or stress-linked problems—Ayurveda always has something to say if you know where to look. I don’t follow one template. I use proper Ayurvedic nidanam, check doshas, understand the prakruti-vikruti shifts and then build a plan that *fits*. Usually it’s a combo—herbs, dietary rules, sleep guidance, detox where needed... even emotional reset when ppl are burned out or anxious without knowing why. Musculoskeletal pain is another area I see often—neck stiffness, lower back probs, early arthritis, etc. Some ppl come when nothing else worked, but even then, with the right internal meds, snehana, basti or virechan and small habit shifts—they do feel relief. But yeah, it takes patience. One thing I care about a lot is educating patients. I don't want them blindly following—when they *understand* their own imbalance, healing starts faster. I really try to explain stuff simply. Working at this hospital now, I see ppl from different walks—urban, rural, young, older—and that keeps me grounded. It’s not just about diseases... It’s about sustainable health, and Ayurveda helps ppl *live* better not just treat what's wrong. I still rely on what the classical texts taught me, but I also stay open to diagnostic tools when needed—bloods, scans, etc. It’s not old-vs-new for me. It’s what helps the person sitting in front of me right now. That’s what I work for.

I am Dr. Ravikant Sharma, a practicing Ayurveda Consultant, & kinda still a learner too — I mean yeah, I’ve got my BAMS, MD in Ayurveda, CFN certification and am working on my PhD, but in real terms I think the real learning comes from people who walk in with a condition they’ve struggled with for years and trust you to help fix it, naturally. For over 8 years now I’ve been focused mainly on skin issues (psoriasis, pigmentation, eczema... the usual suspects), chronic hair disorders (hairfall, greying, even those weird itchy scalp things that come n go), and sexual wellness — especially infertility and erectile dysfunction where people often come in feeling confused or just… tired of trying. I use classical Ayurvedic chikitsa, but also back it with updated science-based nutrition, prakriti analysis, and real lifestyle planning—nothing random, all practical. One thing I stick by is not rushing. Healing takes time. I try to go beyond the usual prescriptions, looking deep into someone's root imbalance—whether it’s vata pushing the mind too hard or agni just not firing right. Some days the treatment is about lepa or internal herbs, other days it’s about helping someone reset their habits or just explaining what’s actually happening in thier body—most ppl never get that. I really try to build that trust. Not just “fixing the issue,” but helping people feel in-control again, on their own terms. Ayurveda isn’t magic—but when done right, it gets close.
