I am working in Ayurveda past 2 years—feels short and long at the same time honestly. I juggle between being a Consultant Ayurvedic Physician and Assistant Professor, which means I'm in clinic treating real ppl and also in class teaching future docs, sometimes on the same day. That mix keeps me grounded. In practice, I mostly focus on lifestyle disorders, chronic stuff, metabolic imbalances—things like diabetes, fatigue syndromes, PCOS maybe, cases where ppl often come after trying 5 diff things that didn’t last. I lean heavily on classical texts but I don’t just copy-paste those old rules. Every plan I make is tweaked for that person—herbal drugs, diet, panchakarma, even the counseling part. As a teacher, I go deep into diagnostics and basic concepts—not just to sound smart but bcoz when students get the why, they’re way more confident with the how. Nadi Pariksha, dosha assessment, roga-marga... I try connecting those dots with modern issues. Also I realized that explaining complex stuff to students helped me talk better to patients too, like breaking things down in normal words. In both roles, I care a lot about root-cause thinking, not just quick fixes. Ayurveda for me is not just herbs and massages—it’s about shifting how a person lives, eats, breathes almost. Dinacharya and Ritucharya matter just as much as medicines. I push a lot for prevention also, coz why wait till body crash? Helping people understand their own systems better... feels worth it. Still learning, still refining, still curious honestly. Whether it’s a tough vata disorder or someone just tired of bloating and burnout—my job is to listen, think clearly, and act with purpose. And that mix of clinical + academic work keeps me on my toes, which I guess I like even when it's a bit much.

I am working right now as a Duty Medical Officer at JSS Ayurveda Hospital—honestly it's a bit hectic sometimes, but the kind of learning that comes out of it is unmatched. Most days I’m managing OPD and IPD rounds, keeping track of cases that range from skin problems, arthritis, indigestion-type issues to more long-haul lifestyle conditions like diabetes or thyroid. It’s not always smooth, but each patient teaches something—sometimes subtle things that even books miss. One part of the job that kinda grew on me is patient assessment. I do thorough nadi pariksha, prakriti analysis and dosha evaluations, which helps get to the root quicker, not just the symptoms. My treatments mostly revolve around classical Ayurvedic meds and I also advise Panchakarma when needed—basti, virechana, you name it—depends on what fits best. Plus, I always try explaining to the patient why a certain diet or routine is advised. They deserve to know, not just follow blindly. I also chip in with admin stuff—making sure hygiene protocols are tight, records are neat, and there’s good coordination among our team. It's a challenge to balance clinical and paperwork side but I kinda like that pressure too... most of the time! Working alongside senior Vaidyas has helped polish my diagnostic clarity and made me trust the strength of Ayurveda even more. Integrating modern diagnostics with our traditional methods feels necessary to me. We're not just sticking to age-old texts, we’re applying them with present-day logic, and that's what makes it meaningful, right? One day I’d like to get deeper into Panchakarma research or maybe work with chronic care cases at a bigger level... still figuring. Till then I’m just focusing on doing justice to each case, each day. Whether it’s acute or chronic, I want the patient to feel seen, heard and supported—not rushed. That’s kinda the core for me. I keep reading, observing, making mistakes too—but learning with each one.

I am Dr. Mudit Chauhan, working as an Ayurvedic physician & also a public health professional, and honestly I try to keep both sides—classical Ayurveda & evidence-based modern healthcare—talking to each other instead of competing. Right now I’m serving as Deputy Medical Superintendent at Uttaranchal Hospital and Diagnostic Center in Dehradun. Which means yes, part of my day is managing clinical operations, ensuring quality care, and handling those hundred little things that keep a hospital running. On the academic front, I’m a Consultant and Assistant Professor at Uttaranchal University, mentoring students and trying to make sure they actually *get* the deeper logic behind Ayurvedic principles, not just memorize them for exams. My education is a mix—BAMS, then a Master’s in Public Health (Community Medicine) and now a Ph.D. in progress. This blend lets me connect the dots between preventive health, community outreach, and integrative care. Clinically, my special focus is on anorectal surgeries, chronic wound managment, and emergency care. I use Ayurvedic para-surgical methods like Ksharasutra therapy—particularly for piles, fistula-in-ano, and stubborn ulcers—because they’re minimally invasive and work for long-term relief if done right. I also dive into research, especially in Ayurvedic cosmetology, figuring out how traditional formulations can be adapted for modern skin & beauty concerns without losing authenticity. Lately I’ve been exploring digital health tools too—ways to make Ayurveda more accessible, personalized and maybe even easier for people who normally wouldn’t walk into a clinic. Whether I’m in surgery, teaching, or setting up a community program, my aim stays the same—to make Ayurveda a living, breathing healthcare system that heals disease but also improves how people live day-to-day. Not stuck in the past, but not losing its roots either... that’s the balance I keep chasing.

I am working in clinical Ayurveda for around two years now—not that long, yeah, but enough to see how real people respond when you treat them *as* people, not just diagnoses. I mostly deal with stuff that kinda overlaps—the thyroid imbalances, gut mess like acidity or IBS, joint stiffness, panic phases, mental unrest like anxiety, low moods. All that. It’s not like “one formula fits all” either. Each body just speaks its own language. You gotta listen a bit differently in Ayurveda. My whole approach is centered around root-cause treatment... like, sure, symptoms matter, but they’re just signals. What I try to do is go back to the *why*. Is it the agni? Doshas? Stress hidden in their routine?? I use classical Ayurvedic assessment methods and then build something that's not just herbs in a bottle. It’s often a mix—medicines (not too many if I can help it), tweaks in food, sometimes old home stuff the family’s forgotten, maybe breathwork, and yeah, I keep pushing for small lifestyle changes that stick. I usually keep explaining diet in a way that’s doable—no fancy lists, just what supports that person’s current imbalance. And I’ll bring in yoga, walks, sometimes even sleep timing stuff when it matters. Not everyone wants that part, but I mention it anyway. Whether someone’s just trying to feel lighter or get out of a long-term issue, I try to guide them with care that’s not just technical but also... like human. The goal is pretty simple. Restore their balance, naturally and safely, without pushing pills just for fast relief. And somewhere along the line, help them *understand* their body better. Healing needs them in it too. Ayurveda lets us do that—if we let it breathe a bit.

I am Dr. Akanksha Sharma, Ayurvedacharya by training & honestly forever a student of the skin and what goes underneath it too. My journey’s kinda unique—I got certified in Ayurved but later leaned into Medicinal Cosmetology + Nadi Vigyan bcz I always felt surface-level solutions were never enough, right? Like, you can’t just treat the skin without listening to what the rest of the body is trying to say. My real work happens at that point where modern skin issues meet classical Ayurveda. Hormonal acne, pigmentation that just keeps coming back, hair fall that doesn’t make sense even with good diet... I go deeper using Nadi Pariksha to figure out dosha shifts, subtle changes, internal triggers. I don’t believe in throwing the same cream or oil at everyone—each body speaks its own language, I just try to hear it properly. My patients mostly come in for things like premature ageing, oily or dry flaky skin, weird breakouts, stress rashes, dullness, even emotional burnout that shows on the face (yes that’s a real thing btw). And instead of just layering stuff on top, I work through herbal meds, internal rasayana, diet adjustments and detox plans... sometimes just changing a few habits actually does more than a whole course of meds. Preventive care is big for me. Like why wait till symptoms scream out loud?? I try to guide people into seasonal rhythms, small detoxes, maybe daily routines they can keep up with. Honestly it’s not about perfection, it’s about consistency. If you're dealing with skin flare-ups or just want to understand how your body n' mind are connected, I’d love to help. I won’t promise miracles or ten-day cures, but I will walk with you step by step... real healing takes time but it's worth it.

I am someone who kinda learned Ayurveda not just from books but by actually sitting with ppl and figuring out what their body is trying to say — even when it’s not obvious. I started off as an Ayurvedic Consultant at Arya Hospital in Hubli, where I got thrown into all kinds of cases… chronic stuff, digestion, stress-related complaints, thyroid shifts, skin flare-ups, and yep, those odd symptoms that don’t neatly fit anywhere. I was doing full-on diagnostics, planning out classical treatments, sometimes tweaking them depending on the person’s prakriti or their day-to-day routine which was often way off-balance. That’s where I kinda started understanding how lifestyle disorders grow quiet n slow, until they don’t. I tried to not just treat symptoms but guide people on how to *stay out of that loop.* Later, I moved to Sitaram Ayurveda — that’s where things shifted deeper for me. I worked as a Panchakarma specialist there and it was hands-on in the truest sense. Every day I was working with people going through full Panchakarma cycles — not just textbook versions but real, messy, layered human experiences. I had to custom-design therapies — Vamana, Virechana, Basti, whatever suited the imbalance, depending on what season it was, how depleted the person felt, how long the condition stuck around. It taught me patience, and not to expect neat results in 3 days. You gotta give the body time to process, flush, rebuild. Now when I plan treatments, it’s never just about a herb or oil. I pull together everything — Ayurvedic diet planning, routine corrections, marma logic when needed, panchakarma only if it’s really needed — and try to find *that* spot where healing becomes sustainable. It’s not perfect but I aim for long-term correction, not just short-term comfort. That’s where Ayurveda feels most alive to me.

I am an Ayurvedic practitioner, working since 2005—that’s more than 10+ years walking in this path, but honestly it feels like every case still teaches me smthing new. When I first started, my main aim was just to apply the classical texts into real life… but slowly I saw that no two patients ever come with the same root cause, even if the symptoms look identical. That realization changed my whole way of practice. Over the years I’ve treated a wide spectrum—chronic joint pain, arthritis, digestive troubles like acidity, bloating, constipation, skin disorders, even complex metabolic issues such as diabetes and hypertension. I also get many cases of stress-linked problems where mind and body show mixed signals, and Ayurveda helps to untangle them. Panchakarma therapy is a big part of my work, not as a trend but as a genuine detox tool when applied rightly. I focus on planning therapies that actually fit the person’s lifestyle, cuz not everyone can manage long, intensive schedules. I rely a lot on personalized herbal formulations, diet guidance and lifestyle correction. Sometimes small things—meal timing, sleep balance, daily routine—make bigger shifts than any strong medicine. My consultations go beyond symptom-checking. I like to see how someone eats, thinks, moves through the day. That’s usually where the imbalance hides. Over this journey, I’ve also been part of community programs and health talks, spreading awareness about preventive health, seasonal regimens, and self-care in Ayurveda. Sharing knowledge feels as important as treating—it empowers ppl to take control of their own wellbeing. Some treatments work slow, some faster, but my approach is always steady, natural and root-focused. Ayurveda to me is not just medicine—it’s a way of balancing daily life with awareness. Even after years in practice, I still feel curious, sometimes humbled, by how deep this science really goes. My aim is simple—to help patients heal in a way that lasts, and guide them to maintain that balance long after therapy ends.

I am a full-time Ayurvedic physcian with around 5+ years in clinical practice, and honestly, I still feel like there's something new to learn everyday. Most of my focus is on holistic healing—not just "fixing" symptoms but going deeper into the root of why things are off in the first place. That’s really where I think Ayurveda shines, and I try my best to stick to that core in every case. Along with my BAMS foundation, I also did a short-term certified Panchakarma course, which really gave me a hands-on feel for detox therapies... like proper Abhyanga, Basti, Nasya, Virechana etc—not just textbook stuff, but actually doing and seeing how each one affect a patient. I won’t lie, those treatments when done right can really shift the whole system. It’s not magic, but it works in a slow, grounded way that modern meds don’t always allow for. And ya, besides the usual chronic things like digestion, hormones or joint pain—I also got into Ayurvedic cosmetology. Like proper training. Not a huge degree or anything, but enough to treat things like acne, pigment patches, hairfall, oily scalp etc using external therapies with herbs + oils... and sometimes combining it with dietary correction, gut cleanse or Rasayana. That inside-out approach, it actually works better than people expect. Especially with skin issues. What I try to do now is bring a balance. I’ll use classical formulations, but also adapt based on the patient's routine, stress levels, diet, sleep habits—all of it. Some ppl just need a small nudge, some need a full detox reset, and others just want their skin clear or energy back... and I try to meet them where they are. Ayurveda doesn't have to feel outdated or “alternative.” It can be accessible, personalized and really practical if done right. That’s basically what I try to offer—genuine, safe, grounded care that makes ppl feel heard and better.

I am working as an Ayurvedic consultant for more than 32 years now and honestly still learning something new with every patient who walks in. My main focus has been on chronic and recurring condtions, those stubborn cases that keep returning even after conventional treatmnt. Many people come after trying long courses of allopathy, sometimes even years, and yet the problem relapses. For me Ayurveda gives a way to go deeper – not just stopping a symptom for few weeks but really addressing root cause with proper prakriti-vikriti analysis, detailed history and matching therapies to the individual body type. Over time I realised that autoimmune disorders, gut troubles like gastritis or IBS, hormonal shifts, thyroid imbalance, metabolic disease like diabetes or obesity and chronic pain syndromes all respond when we apply authentic principles with patience. I use combination of classical herbal formulations, Panchakarma when suitable, and of course diet n lifestyle correction. Often small changes in food or routine makes a bigger shift than just medicine, though both go hand in hand. Some cases require longer commitment but I have seen transformations that even surprised me, when long unresolved issues finally ease out. I also believe follow up is as imp as first diagnosis. Many patients leave treatment half way and lose the benefit, so I try to stay connected, guiding step by step. Over three decades I worked with thousands of patients, sometimes whole families, and their trust keeps me steady. I dont promise miracle cure, Ayurveda is not about instant results, but about sustainable health that stays. Preventive healthcare is also something I stress much more now, because avoiding disease is always lighter than treating it later. I still feel responsible to keep Ayurveda accessible and clear, without making it look too complex or outdated. People deserve side-effect free solutions that are practical in daily life. My role is to make that bridge – classical wisdom translated into simple personalised care. And at the end what matters to me is that every consultation offers some clarity, some compassion, and a practical path that helps patient reclaim wellbeing step by step.

I am an Ayurveda consultant & a clinical nutritionist—kinda standing at the crossroad of ancient healing and what Gen Z now looks for in wellness, if that makes sense. I use both classic Ayurvedic knowledge and modern holistic ideas to help people heal naturally, from the root up not just masking their symptoms with short-term fixes. My focus is always on personalized care. That means custom therapies, real herbal remedies, food that's not just healthy but fits you, and a serious look at what’s actually going on inside—like dosha imbalances or lifestyle choices that just aren’t serving your body anymore. Through my online space, AyurNurture, I offer 1-on-1 consults, full-on diet plans, and yoga guidance. Some of my patients just want clarity—others are managing big stuff like PCOD, hypothyroid, diabetes or even things like RA and gout. I also support those dealing with kidney issues, gastric troubles, joint and bone conditions, menstrual probs, skin disorders—you name it—and all of that through an Ayurvedic lens, yeah, but also backed with evidence-based nutrition work. I kinda sit in between both worlds & that’s where I find my groove. I run wellness content on Instagram (@remedyforlongevity) and blog on WordPress. It’s not just “tips”—I go into the why behind Ayurveda, dosha balancing, mindful eating, and even mental clarity through simple lifestyle resets. I'm not saying it’s easy to stick to these routines but once ppl get into it, they start to feel, like, actually better. My work blends classic treatments like Panchakarma with more lifestyle stuff—think sleep, stress, work habits. Whether someone’s dealing with stubborn skin flareups or their periods are all over the place or they just wanna feel... less heavy & stuck in their body—I try to offer tools that actually work long-term. Doesn’t have to be fancy. Just has to work. Ayurveda is really about alignment. Once you start realigning? Everything else shifts.
