Area of specialization:
I am mostly into managing skin, hair and sexual health probs with a straight-up Ayurvedic approach that doesn’t try to shortcut the root issue. Stuff like hairfall, greying too early, constant dandruff or scalp itch—those aren’t just “external.” I go deep into dosha imbalances, liver overload, digestion flaws, even mental stress that shows up on the scalp weirdly sometimes. Same with acne, eczema, or pigmentation—people try creams first, but really it’s about blood, heat, agni, sometimes even hormones. That’s where Ayurveda works best honestly—when you treat the whole system and not just the breakout. Sexual wellness is another area I work with—male/female issues like premature ejaculation, low libido, fatigue linked to shukra dhatu depletion or vata imbalance. Some ppl feel shy talking about it, but honestly these issues are real, common and fixable wth proper rasayan, vajikarana, lifestyle tuning and no judgement. I don’t follow a rigid plan—I check each case in detail and work wth food, herbs, sleep, mind stuff too. Healing has to fit the person.
Achievements:
I am someone who really cared about learning right from my student days—won quiz comps both at college and state level, which yeah were tough but kinda fun too. I’ve also got awards for putting effort into patient education stuff, which honestly matters more to me now than trophies. Helping ppl *understand* what’s going on in their bodies is half the healing. These things remind me to keep learning, keep sharing and stay sharp with my Ayurvedic basics... and beyond.

I am Dr. Ravikant Sharma, a practicing Ayurveda Consultant, & kinda still a learner too — I mean yeah, I’ve got my BAMS, MD in Ayurveda, CFN certification and am working on my PhD, but in real terms I think the real learning comes from people who walk in with a condition they’ve struggled with for years and trust you to help fix it, naturally. For over 8 years now I’ve been focused mainly on skin issues (psoriasis, pigmentation, eczema... the usual suspects), chronic hair disorders (hairfall, greying, even those weird itchy scalp things that come n go), and sexual wellness — especially infertility and erectile dysfunction where people often come in feeling confused or just… tired of trying. I use classical Ayurvedic chikitsa, but also back it with updated science-based nutrition, prakriti analysis, and real lifestyle planning—nothing random, all practical. One thing I stick by is not rushing. Healing takes time. I try to go beyond the usual prescriptions, looking deep into someone's root imbalance—whether it’s vata pushing the mind too hard or agni just not firing right. Some days the treatment is about lepa or internal herbs, other days it’s about helping someone reset their habits or just explaining what’s actually happening in thier body—most ppl never get that. I really try to build that trust. Not just “fixing the issue,” but helping people feel in-control again, on their own terms. Ayurveda isn’t magic—but when done right, it gets close.
