Nazla aur sir dard ka lambe arse tak jari rehna kafi takleef deh ho sakta hai. Ayurveda is mein kuch madadgar raasta dikha sakta hai lekin sab se pehle, agar kisi wajah se condition barh jaye ya aur serious ho jaye toh doctor ko jaroor dikhayen.

Ayurveda ke mutabiq, aapke symptoms vata-kapha dosha ke imbalance ki wajah se ho sakte hain. Naseer ka nazla garm, sukh hawao aur gandagi wale mahaul se hota hai, toh iske liye upay yeh hain:

Pehle, apne diet par dhyan dein. Apni khuraak mein adrak wali chai ya kashayam shamil karein, kyunki adrak kapha ko nasht karta hai aur agni (digestive fire) ko majboot banata hai. Apni diet mein doodh ko garam karke cinamon (dalcheeni) aur haldi mila kar piyein. Isse sujan aur congestion kam ho sakti hai.

Doosra, steam inhalation madadgar rahe sakti hai. Gharam paani mein do chutki ajwain daal kar uska bhapari lein. Yeh blockages kholne mein madad kar sakti hai.

Agar herbal route lena chahein, toh triphala churna neend se pehle thoda garm paani ke sath lein. Yeh digestive system ko saf karne aur immunity ko badahyaye mein madad karta hai.

Lifestyle mein bhi kuch tabdili karni hogi. Romadon hall wale mahaul aur dhool mitti se jitna ho sakay bachein. Yogic exercises jese pranayama, special se sheetali aur anulom vilom, nasl authority aur lung capacity ko enhance kar sakti hain.

Jo bhi karke, lambi muddat mein allopathy medications istiyamal karna avoid karein kyunki lagataar dawa lena hmesha acha nahi hota. Har ek tin mahine ka ek short course kar sakte hain, lekin iske liye hamesha consult karna chahiye kisi genuine health provider se. Iske ilawa, drastic ya chronic changes ka hota advise dega aapke haal uthake.
