Dear Doctor, I hope you are doing well. I would like to consult you regarding a personal health concern. For the past few years, I have been experiencing very fast ejaculation (around 60 seconds or less) after watching any adult content video. I believe this may be related to mental overstimulation and stress. I had a history of excessive exposure to pornographic content for more than 12 years. I am now actively trying to control and completely stop this habit and improve my lifestyle. Along with this, I sometimes experience anxiety, intrusive thoughts, and mental fatigue. I have been considering natural herbs such as Ashwagandha, Safed Musli, and Shilajit, but I would prefer to take them only after receiving professional advice. For your information: Age: 30 years Marital status: Unmarried Currently working in Saudi Arabia I had high cholesterol and high blood pressure once in the past and took medication for two months. It is now under control. Could you please guide me on the appropriate Ayurvedic treatment, herbs, or lifestyle plan for my condition? Mam thank you so much for your great response. may i know how many weeks need to take these medicines because i have done more then 13 years masturbation i have started at age 14 now i have controlled many years because of this i suffer Overthinking and OCD. and is there below any additional medicines required to take for great effectiveness. 1. Shilajeet 2. Brahmi Vati 3. Kaunch Beej (Mucuna pruriens seeds) or your suggested medicines is enough.
