Seeking Guidance for Fast Ejaculation and Mental Health - #51736
Dear Doctor, I hope you are doing well. I would like to consult you regarding a personal health concern. For the past few years, I have been experiencing very fast ejaculation (around 60 seconds or less) after watching any adult content video. I believe this may be related to mental overstimulation and stress. I had a history of excessive exposure to pornographic content for more than 12 years. I am now actively trying to control and completely stop this habit and improve my lifestyle. Along with this, I sometimes experience anxiety, intrusive thoughts, and mental fatigue.
