Doctors' responses

—You’ve been having frequent acid reflux, gas, and stomach discomfort for over 6 months. It’s often triggered by certain foods. To help, avoid spicy, fatty, and acidic foods, eat smaller meals, and don’t lie down right after eating. ----Internal Medicines (Adult Doses) 1)Vomitab Syrup: 10 ml, 3 times daily after meals, for 7–10 days (controls nausea and vomiting) 2)Sutshekhar Ras: 1 tablet twice daily after meals with honey or warm water, for 15–30 days (balances Pitta, relieves acidity) 3)Kamdudha Ras: 1 tab twice daily after meals with honey or warm water, for 15–30 days (improves digestion, reduces gas) 4)Divya Amlapitta Churna: ½ tsp, after meals with warm water, for 30 days (reduces acidity, heartburn) 5)Triphala Churna: 1 tsp, at bedtime with warm water, for 15–30 days (supports digestion and bowel movement) —Dietary Advice Avoid spicy, fried, oily, sour foods, caffeine, and alcohol. Eat small, warm, cooked meals. Avoid lying down immediately after eating. Include warm rice, moong dal, ghee, and ginger tea. —Lifestyle Advice Sleep with head elevated 4–6 inches. Walk 10–15 min after meals. Reduce stress with breathing exercises or meditation. Follow-Up —Reassess in 4 weeks.
