Seeking Advice for My Son's Dysentery - #51729

Hi Sir, My Son is 10 years old having dysentry 4times in a day when he eats anything. As a precautionary measure i am providing him Curd & bread . But condition is not good . Will you please advise us which medicine of Baidynath would be effective? Waiting for your prompt reply.
